I would like to get another “walk the dog” musky lure. I own a Poe’s giant jackpot. What are your favorites? How about color for stained water?
    Thanks

Check out the Dunwright Top Dancer and/or a Phantom Viper. Make sure to replace the hooks on Viper before getting it wet.

I don’t think color is a real big issue in stained water, but if I had to pick two it would be a solid black or black/orange, and a white/blue or white/silver.

I would suggest a Weagle. It’s a bit heavier than most walk the dogs, rides a little lower in the water, and usually has a betteer hookup percentage. The downside is they take a little getting used to as far as working the bait goes.

I like the Zara Super Spook

    Very easy to use

As far as color I like Dan’s suggestions

Musky buster also makes a Phat Daddy, a bigger version of the phat boy, it is easy to fish and has great action. Has far as color you can’t go wrong with solid black for top water if you had to choose only one.
