This is the time of the year to get ready for the upcoming muskie season. 
Order new baits and sharpen those hooks. I thought it would be fun to hear what your favorite lures are.
My favorite lure to use is the all black magnum bull dawg. I have had to melt that lure back together so many times its unbelievable it’s still useable. My second choice would be the baby mallard colored top raider……hence this is where I got my username from…lol. Nothing better than catching a big muskie on a topwater bait!!!
Please add what colors you like the best with your favorite lures because I think it would be interesting to see what colors are working in general. I just got 13 double 10 bucktails in the mail….but I have to admit they are far from my favorite lure because I have had limited success with them except for a couple fish caught on them including a 51.5 inch monster.
