Weekend results

I hope nobody wasted their weekend watching Minnesota sports and got out slingin’. Just looking for an update on how everyone did. I was hoping with the full moon late last week, I would have gotten some action around moonset. I went back to the same lake as last Saturday, put in the same effert without a dang blow up, hit, swipe, nadda. Just when ya think you have a pattern figured out – bang, the ski’s give ya the finger or should I say fin. Maybe I should have took a shot after dark. Couldnt tell ya if I had any follows cause the water visibility is about 2 inches – no lie. Almost resorted to trolling

My brother got 5 muskies in 3 days (Fri-Sun), and I got goose egged yesterday. I never even had a follow. I’m pretty much done for the year. Good luck.

I got 5 but its a tough bite overall. All you can do is keep casting and cranking and hoping for a window. Seems like the fish are still all over, some on top, some deep, some on weeds, some on hard bottoms?? Heard of some real big fish being caught during the full moon, at daytime, not at night???

You must have been on Rush Lake? I have never seen such poor water clarity as that lake has?

I was chasing birds for Iowas opener, Buddy got a 50″+ friday afternoon and several follows over the weekend. I might make it out tomarrow after chasing birds for a few hundred casts.
