I just wanted everyone to know that this year is the 40th Annual Frank Schnider Muskie Tournament. This year we’ve gone out on a limb to get more people by upgrading the Grand Prize: Triton 202 tiller with a 115 Merc 4 stroke. This rig retails for around $35,000. All you need to do is catch a 40″er to get your name in the drawing. Show me another tournament that can say that! Of course we’ll have over $30,000 in other prizes to be won as well.

Check out all the details and preregistration discount @: http://www.twincitiesmuskiesinc.org/tourny.php

    See you there!

I will certainly be there again this year, and would like to express my appreciation for the job you guys do in putting an event like this together. I hope to fish it until I am the last man standing in the oldest angler contest!!!

    Thanks,

    Dan

Hey Kellett, the boat’s mine this year!

For anyone on the fence or who hasn’t fished this tourney, this year is the year! That boat is the cat’s azz. Plus the tourney is just a fun time anyway you look at.

Shawn, Bring your drinking boots this year and something to clean up your truck. It’s my personal mission to get the bald man throwing up drunk this year.

Wow! Broken back and still going fishing..I hope you win the boat.

Don’t worry, with Shawn as the chapter’s president there is a good chance the hats will be pink again this year!

This tourney is always a great time. A couple of my best fishing memories/stories come from fishing it. I highly suggest it to anyone. The TC Chapter does a great job with this one.

I need to figure out how I’m going to pull that boat home on Sunday…

I needed to make a correction. The 115 hp motor on the boat will be a Suzuki not a Merc. Just a miscommunication with Triton.

That just makes me want the boat that much more!

The only report I’ve heard so far is that my buddy ended up with a treble in the head and had one extremely intoxicated cabin mate.

I sure hope that is water or beer. It seems like there is one of these guys in every crowd.
