Live Bait

    Heading to the hayward area in a couple weeks , I wanna put a quick set rig at boat side. What are the laws for using sunfish/perch/bullheads on these rigs in Wisconson? Cheaper and easier to keep alive than suckers in mid summer .

    What I’ve heard about this is that the bait has to come from the water in which you are fishing. The second thing is that the bait also has to be counted as part of your daily bag limit of sunfish, crappies, perch, etc… I hope this helps.
