Good advice Jim, and thank you. I have been spending a lot of time on lakes were the water is very clear, so most of the follows are ones that I can see a ways out, but reguardless of what I do as of late, they just won’t go. Here is the strange thing about what I have been seeing. The most productive periods I have been seeing, have been during the middle of the day I have the most active fish come up from about 12 noon to around 4-5 in the evening. Seeing this activity during the early portion of the day, makes me think that the bite will be very good during low light periods and into the darknees, but that has not been the case on this body of water. I get to primetime and the fish just do not respond. I have spent a lot of time out there in the dark as well but have nothing to show for it. I am not sure why these fish are so active during the middle of the day, but I guess this is just part of the game.

Same experience after dark this yr for me. Best times for me are 10am to 4pm (kind of weird). I have put alot of hours after dark this yr w/ little to show. Have thrown everything after dark. Its still better than going in or sleeping though.
