Buzz Baits

I know that pike can have a positive response to buzz baits when the opener comes around. With waters warming even further and post spawn conditions prominent, what are some thoughts on using buzz baits over bucktails in the early season or the opener?

I have tried them for Muskie as a last resort. I have tried runnin and gunnin w/ them over weeds. Burning them real fast. I have not had any luck yet on the buzzers. I would like to think they would work on a very aggressive fish???
