    Here is my new personal longest fish to date. It measured 54.25 inches long and was SUPER heavy. Perfect weather conditions and a little luck scooping her in the net myself is all it took on this overcast morning. I had been camping in the rain and cold for a few days….but this sure made me ONE HAPPY CAMPER! Thanks and enjoy the pictures of this beautiful creature.

    Congrats! Couple cold days is nothing when your rewarded! I’m off to the Croix for 3 days sleeping under the stars. Sturgeon flatheads muskies and walleyes on the docket!

    I think that thing has been eating all the moose up there in northern MN or something. That’s the last time I ever swim in a Musky infested lake. I’m pretty sure it could fit my 3 month old kid in its mouth pretty easily. NICE.
