    headin to mille lacs this weekend for some hot musky action…mostly fishing rocks and trolling weedlines a bit for walleyes. wish us luck and pm me if u will be up this weekend

    man it was pretty rough out there this weekend. pounded the lake and only moved a few fish. i’ll be back out chasin the record the rest of the year hopefully….

    After some grouse hunting in the a.m., met a friend and his son to try for some ‘skies. Picked a shallower dark water lake with all of yesterday’s sunshine. Water temps were from 56*-59*. Moved one fish late and very shallow, so shallow that it’s break away from the whopper plopper it was following looked like a very large snake!!! Went back after it an hour later just before dark and couldn’t get it to go…
