I had to work yesterday morning but my buddy fished Bald Eagle. Saw 5 but no takers.

Here ya go. Fish blew up on my bait about 6′ from the boat, had about a 8 second fight. Just put my thumb on the spool, leaned back and my extreme net man did the rest. somehow he ended up on his back in the floor of the boat and soaking wet but it was in the frabil!

That’s a good feelin’ holding that fish eh? I can’t wait until I have the chance to get back out and chase some of these pigs! Congrats on the catch and 8th place!

Very nice fish! Sounds like fish were caught on every different type of presentation out there, totally typical of early season muskie fishing…I am hoping to be able to fish the George Wahl tournament this fall.

Congrats Kroger! We fished the St. Croix, had one decent fish up to the boat about ten casts into the day…A little snafu forced us to leave the river.
Tried to hit Bald Eagle after, total cluster@%!@@! at the access. Trailers, cars, boats everywhere and looked like tons of parking tickets being issued. Ended up on Johanna for the last few hours in search of a quick Tiger with no success. Guys leaving the access in front of us did catch a 43″ Tiger though…had to have been the $500.00 fish. Congrats to them as well!
