want to give a big thanks and a huge shout out to james at tackle industries. that guy sure knows how to take care of his customers and make them happy. 2 rods showed up at my door today but 1 had a broken tip and when i called james he said if i wanted i could fix it myself with parts he sends me and for the inconvenience he is sending me some lures free of charge. and at that he gave me some tips on how to re weight the tubby tubes to make them lighter which is nice to know. and last of all the rods i ordered look to be top notch quality for an unbeatable price. they have the pool Q extendable style handle and everything keeping them cutting edge technoligy. once again thanks to james for the top notch customer service and it sounds like i will be using your company in the future…

I had an issue with my handle on the TI rod I bought last year at the Expo. James had me fixed up within a couple days. I really like the rod and his service was very good. Make sure you wrap the threads on your handles with plumbing tape. I think it prevents over tightening them.

thanks for the advice bzzsaw i was already thinking of doing that to the rod and maybe even gluing the end in. i don’t need to put it in a locker or anything so all i want is the longer handle anyway.
