Eskimo Pistol Bit 6"

    Does anyone know if the strikemaster mora blades will work on the pistol bit? Looks like they would fit but I wonder if they will cut the same?

    Please post a picture of the matchup. I’d really like to see how close they are.

    I was actually looking at them in the store. They look to be very close to the same if not the same. Looks like the end of the blade that would be towards the middle on the mora maybe a little wider. Also not sure about the angle or bevel of the cutting edge.

    The Eskimo blades are $23…..The Mora blades are $ 25….
    I guess the question is why?

    One is made in china(eskimo) and one in Sweden(mora)! Where did you see them prices? Where ever I have looked the mora is 10.00 or more per set. At them prices I would buy the mora because they are made in sweden if I new they would work.

    They are probably smoother and twice as fast. I’d make them fit.

    Blades for the pistol bit are the same as their hand auger(RB6),which I heard interchange with the blue Mora blades.

    Strikemaster used China blades on the Lazer augers,not as good as Sweden made ones.
