Eskimo/Ardisam Customer Service

I boogered up one of the blades on my 1yr old Eskimo E40 Composite auger. The screws came loose on one of the blades. One screw fell out under power and the blade spun around, making contact with the centering point. Had a nice chip taken out of the edge. The issue was clearly operator malfunction and no fault of the product.

Contacted Eskimo customer service to see if they had a sharpening/exchange service for the Turbo blades. The little lady repied that they did not, but that she would happily send me a replacement set. She did not waste any time and the blades arrived in 48 hours via Speedy.

This is customer service, above and beyond. It simply does not get any better.

I will check my blades every trip onto the ice and I will definitely use Red Loktite on those screws )

I just dealt with them on a blade issue and have nothing but good to say about them also.
I would use the blue loctite the red might be over kill.

Went back and massaged those damaged 8 inch Turbo blades with the 600 grit diamond stone on this little devil. Set the angle so that I only hit the last 1/16″ leading into the edge. Darned blades were near shaving sharp. Took the auger down to the lake for a final test…WHOA. Wish I’d done this first before I bothered Ardisam. Now I have a set of factory blades as backup……

Ardisam is the parent company of “Cage Blinds”.

I ordered a Cage blind and 6′ foot platform and the platform had multiple missing pieces.

I had to work with them on 2 different occasions for the same order and they were nothing but awesome. Sent me the missing pieces and I was able to get evertything up and running by hunting season and was able to hunt with my kids and get 2 deer.
