These shots come to you from Jamie Friebel and his co-anglers during the RCL, May2003. These were taken either pre-fishing or during the tourney on a 35 mm camera. I just scanned these to digital format. Some pretty nice fish! I’m jealous!

Man, next year I’ll be there for sure!!!

    Hey thanks

That day I was fishing with Rick Olsen we had 38.11 pds of walleye in that livewell with only 5 fish. I took that pic right before we headed in, and the best part was in the last 10 min we pulled a 10pder and an 8 my heart was going crazy what a rush!!!

    Glad you enjoy

I always kind of pull for Rick, got the SD connection going there. Never met the guy though. Someday he’ll be rooting for me……LOL

I fished there for 7 days and never had a bad day!
We got them on cranks, useing mostly Rogues and reef runners, all colors.
And spinners with inline weights were killer out there to.
I was amazed with the fishing out there It was great I cant wait to go back!!!

Yes indeed Brian…one heck of a fishery!
Not too many places in the world you can put the odds in your favor for producing 11-14 lb fish!
Our biggest out there so far hit the scales at about 13# even. What a mule! I did not catch that perticular fish, but it was a friend of mine helping me pre-fish for the PWT and that was his first fish of the trip! Not bad for starters I thought.

    Brian,

What size blades did you guys have your best success with?
