I’ve never heard of them, but saw one on the water this weekend. Looked like a pretty nice boat and see they’re made in Iola, WI

They look nice but I have never seen one up close. They could be great or they could be like a cross dresser in a dimly lit bar. From a distance they look pretty hot, but when you get up close you realize its some dude in a wig. The only way to know what its sporting under the flashy exterior is to take it for a ride.

what kind of bars is Whiskerkev dragging you to?!?!

There was a muskie tournament on Monona yesterday and the guy who owned the boat stopped by me to chat thinking I was in the tournament. I inquired about his boat and he told me a little about it. From a few feet away, it looked like a quality ride with a nice layout. Obviously couldnt see the fit and finish, but they look like a boat worth checking out for anyone in the market.

I stopped taking him to bars long ago. Too expensive and I got tired of wearing disguises. Ask him about the time in college when he accidentally hit the officer…

    Hey Phish
Sorry for pulling up om you on Sunday! We like to talk to the guys while they are fishing and you happened to be in with a few of the other boats that were in the Ironman.
How did your day go fishing wise? The guys that were fishing musky in the tournament did OK ( 7 fish for 25 teams)

This is my first year with Recon and I will say that the boat is great. I was a Pro Staffer with Crestliner for 6 years before I made the switch. I wanted to go to a glass boat and had sold Rangers and a few others over the past few years. Last fall I seen one of these at the Three Lakes MI fall tournament and after taking a better look I was sold!
I have been running it all season starting in KY in March and I have now well over 100 days on the water with it and have yet to have 1 problem that was boat realated. They are built super well and have a real nice fit and finish. It is very stable and also very fast.
If anyone would like a test drive I would be happy to take you out for one.
