Looks like they will have some good deals:
    Cabelas Spring Sale
You can’t argue with the new Glass Raps for $3.99… and top it off with buy 5, get one free. I know I’ll be there Friday AM!
I was down there on Saturday… they had a bunch of OLD STYLE hot-n-tots, Thundersticks, and even a few Deep Thundersticks (prism colors). I’m surprised to see them out already.

There is always something a guy could NEED, WANT, or ABSOLUTELY NOT LIVE WITHOUT!!
I thought I was done spending money a few weeks ago gettign all my gear ready for 04′, I guess one more little, tiny visit may not hurt anything right?

I was just chatting with my wife yesterday, while we read the Sunday paper, that Cabela’s is having a spring sale! I thought, jeez, with hockey season almost over, wouldn’t it be a nice roadtrip to get to Cabela’s? I think I won her over, but I fear it will cost me more than what I’ll spend there.

I was at Cabelas yesterday and will soon be the proud owner of a set of Guiedewear. They were a little short on sizes and colors of the insulated stuff so I ended up having to order my set. I don’t think the pocketbook could handle another trip next weekend! Time to break out the plastic!
Speaking of thundersticks and tots, I saw the “new” ones but couldn’t find the Kaboom lures. They had a bunch of the Grappler Shads but not much for color selection compared to what looks to be available from that color chart posted a while back. Thanks Steve.

You’re so right, but getting the Mrs to understand is something all together. Of course our 9th anniversary is coming up, and I do believe the 9th is the baitcaster combo anniversary. So I should be able to get it to happen!

    Crankbait,

You will extremely pleased with the Guidewear you just lost your first born to! Its worth every penny when you experience a long cold drizzly day out in the boat.
I wear mine about 8 months out of the year solely for warmth!

    Have Fun!

You will love the Guidewear. I went for years without them and then a couple years ago I took the plunge and bought some and now wouldn’t want to be without them. They are great! Thanks, Bill
