minnkota maxium 44 lbs. indicator stuck

    i have an minnkota maxium trolling motor that has an red indicator arrow on top of it and it is stuck. is this an easy fix or something that needs to be done at a dealer?

    Pretty easy to fix. Look under the head there should be 4 ( or 6 ) screws pull the screws and lift off the top everything is right there. Some times the plastic arrow just gets moved out of the grooves it sits in and just needs to be put back in.
