I know this comes up every so often but how and what do you guys use to wash your guide wear. Do you use a chemical to treat it to restore the waterproofing after you wash it? I know I got something at Cabela’s one time and it worked OK but wondering if there is something that works that is easier to get. Thanks for the help.

I follow the washing instructions on the garment tag. Same goes for the restoration product. My gear is in perfect condition. The product I use is ReviveX. Do an internet search on the word and you’ll get a million places to buy it. Also if you search for info on just Gore Tex there are other methods to reactiviate the water replelency if its still on the garment.
