    Hello all,
Well a chapter is finally done. I have an 03 15HP Honda I bought used. The guy I purchased it from had it checked out before I bought it, and the found a bad impeller. They replaced it but failed to look for pieces that had broken off. I noticed when I got it that the pee flow just wasn’t what it should be. I took apart the water flow parts and discovered pieces of the impeller up to the thermostat. This year when I tank tested it, it didn’t pee quite right, as matter of fact it never really has peed all that great. So I started to take stuff apart. I was getting plenty of water all the way to the tube. I blew into it and it felt plugged, but not to bad, even after blowing into it. So I ran a coat hanger through and lo and behold a small piece of impeller popped out. It flow great now. If anything I learned to check EVERYTHING next time.

Nothing wrong with a good strong pee stream…but on these new fourstrokes that run soooo soooo quiet, that pee stream can really get you “going”. I carry a screw in hose assemby for my mercury 90horse, when we troll with the big motor, I screw it in at the flush/pee hole and you don’t even know it’s running, just watch the water pressure gauge. AHH…silence is “golden” to say the least !

Most of you guys aren’t old enough to know just how important a good strong pee is.

Glad to see your motor didn’t need flomax. I was thinking kidney stones when I read the title.
