GULP!

Anyone out there been using Berkley’s new soft bait named GULP!? Can anyone validate, through their experience, that this biodegradable soft bait out fishes live bait and plastics? I would like to insulate myself from Berkley’s hype before purchasing some.

I want to try some drop-shot fishing this year and I thought the Gulp! soft baits might work well.
C.Tom what color minnow grubs did you select?

I haven’t tried it, but the PRO’s say it is better than live bait…I also am anxious to hear from this In- depthagling group about on the water experience…..

Make sure you try the 4″ drop shot worms with power scales.
Also I have a review of Powerbait Power minnows in the product review section.
Gulp! works great.Make sure you don’t leave it on your hook/jig for very long(a few hours,overnight) as it will get hard as a rock.

I’ll add to Ryan’s note that if you let much moisture get into the bag you’ll likely have a bunch of GULP! bait sticking together. Seal the bag well.
