I am looking to replace the heater battery in my wheel house and would like recommendations or reviews of some deep cycle batteries that you guys have used. The one I have is a 3 year old Energizer deep cycle and isn’t holding the charge as good as it once did. Any thoughts?

I’ve had good luck with Optima!

The only batteries that have lasted 3 years in my boat.

Thanks for all the replies, I think I’ll check on Northern. I always get at least a size 27, was almost thinking about a size 31, but it may be cost prohibitive.

I’m running Cabelas AGM Group 31…an 84# monster, but WOW….it has capacity like no other battery I have ever owned. The downside of it is the price, about $225, but it sure puts out the power. If you get the Cabelas coupons the price gets much more tolerable.
