planer boards

    Has anyone ever made their own custom planer boards?
    I have been thinking of some different design’s………I have some redwood that I plan to make some proto types out of.

    Wood works excellent for Muskie and Pike baits and also large lipped Walleye baits that dig deep. The trick is to get them to run true. I think Gene Miller makes his own out of wood. Or were you going with plastic for the final design?

    Bob: I have a copy of some plans for planer boards. Shoot me a PM with a fax number or your address and I will mail a copy to you. I may drive up this weekend and could stop by for a quick visit if you are going to be home.

    The plans will be in the mail today just in case I do not make it this weekend.
