Bought a Vexilar FL8 SE Pro Pack a couple weeks ago from Wade at Jolly Marine Outdoor and got fantastic fast service. The instruction tape didn’t work so they sent me out another tape right the next day. Nate liked the Vexilar so much after looking at mine that he wanted one too. Since my back problem was keeping me off the ice at the time I told him to just take mine and I would order another one for myself. Well with the past holidays sales and ice fishing in full swing Vexilar and all the different distribitors were out of them. Well since Wade gave me such great service on the other items I have got from him I refused his offer for me to go somewhere else [he wanted me to have one right away and if I could find a store that had one it was ok with him if I chose to buy elsewhere] and said I would wait even though I was told at least two weeks before Vexilar and the distributers would have more. Well today my Vexilar showed up at my door in half the amount of time they said it would take. Wade and Vexilar came through again in flying colors. I am certainly sold on both these companies. They make ”service” and ”customer satisfaction” a top priority and thats worth ALOT.
