Problems with Eagle Fisheasy 320c

I bought a new 320c last season and it worked great all year. I stored the unit inside over winter and the boat was in a protected, but not heated, area. I’ve had it out a few times to test everything and the sonar unit isn’t working well at all. I’ve checked the connections and battery as well as checking for problems in the transducer cable and I can’t find any. The unit will tell me what depth I am at but the sonar picture is really weak and garbled. I can’t see a clear bottom, instead there are just a series of distorted lines with no clear bottom picture. I also can’t turn the sensitivity down very far at all before the picture disappears completely. I could probably turn it to 90% before it’s gone where last year I could put it down to 25 or 30% and still see something. Anyone have any ideas? It’s still under warranty of course, but to add insult to injury I have no idea where the receipt is and they want it. Thanks for any suggestions!

I have a 480c and it did some funky things, went to the Eagle sight and they told me how to reboot it. Works fine now. Just check the FAQ section and you will find how to do it.

I had one for 2 years then it crapped out. I stuck the FL-8 on the boat this year and am not looking back.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a case of cryonicpixelitis…………..
