Anybody know where someone can get there hands on this. I called around to a few places and nobody seems to carry it.

Home Depot, Lowes and Menards say 2 weeks to order.

i know that if you go to Menard’s they can order it for you. Or at least the one in Winona can so i don’t see why any other one couldn’t.

Thanks Pier!! Sorry the link did not work for me. But the info works great. Damn wood is getting soft in certain areas. So I am going to redo the whole thing.

Ply is the last pieces. I am thinking it is going to take 3 possibly 4 sheets to do the whole thing.

Boats only a 2000. None of the compartments breathe so it just molds up and rots out. Doesn’t help when you have a cover on most of the time.

I guess that’s just apart of owning a boat. It will be nice having all new carpet to slime up.

Remember you still have seal the wood. I used Spar Varnish and about 3 coats if memory serves me right.

Does the carpet glue eat the varnish?

I’m not sure on that but I don’t think so.

Another option to consider right now instead of carpet is vinyl.

Marine vinyl is easy to clean you just scrub it with a brush and hose it off. Its scuff-resistant, doesn’t stain or mildew and it has great traction. It’s a great alternative to carpet for the maintenance free fisherman.

I can’t think of anyone who has switched from Carpet to Vinyl that is not extremely Happy.

My current plan is to carpet the upper floor and vinyl the lower floor
