Mounting a trollin motor

    Has anyone mounted a Minn Kota Autopilot on the bow of a Fish Ski boat? My buddies has a existing one but is not the same set up or size. Is there some kind of adapter? help?

    That’s just it. Those are the type of brackets I am used to seeing but this has a stow under the deck bow mount? I would have to build something pretty ugly to use a quick release plate. I was kind of hoping there was a special adapter piece that a guy could use with the stock one…..

    This is a picture of Glastrons 2009 trolling motor mount. It’s possible that the manufacturer has a specific bracket. I have also saw a fiberglass wedge that would install onto the bow and then the quick release bracket mounted to that.
