I’m hoping you can shed a little light on my problem, Wade.
I have a transducer that went kaput on me and can’t find the correct answer to how I get it to Lowrance for the warranty issue. I bought it on 6-21-2008, and believe it has a 1 year warranty. What do I do to get it to Lowrance? (They don’t answer the phone—-ever!!!)

    Thanks, Curt

I’ve been through this many times with Lowrance,
I’ve had issues with my 480 and 520c in the past.
They usually pick up if you sit on hold at least 20min.
But, I’ve sat on hold up to 40min before.

    Good luck

Your best bet is to email Lowrance.

It takes awhile. I e-mailed them on March 10 and just received a response yesterday March 20. They are busy this time of year and way understaffed.

Thanks for the responses, guys. My son has talked to a gal on her direct line before, and I think you just gave me the number I needed. I just want some return on buying another transducer inside of 1 year.

Sliderfishn has it right. For an issue like that, just use the contact form and they’ll get you hooked up. If you don’t mind sitting on hold a bit, you can call too, but you want to call during the middle of the week and I would try around 9:30am to 11am, or from about 1pm to 3pm. Those windows seem to be the least busy. If you still have trouble, shoot me you email and your phone number and we’ll get someone to contact you.
