I have tried 6# for pitching jigs and found it rather stiff and had some serious memory in cold weather…

I gave up on it I percieved more and easier break offs when using only my lindy rig setups, I perfer Vanish for my lindy rigs now. I only fished it a couple times, so take my impression with a grain of salt.

I used it for tossing a frog and worked great.

P-Line offers several different products. In the bass circle it seems to have an excellent reputation. My brief experience with it has been in cold weather, which doesn’t necessarily bring the most positive attributes out of any line.Smaller diameter spools on spinning reels can be an issue as well, for just how well you like a given line. For my applications,I didn’t find it staying on my reel for very long.It does appear to be some dang tough stuff though.

I use P-Line CXX 4# Pan fishing on lakes and 6# for for casting on the Mighty Rockriver it does have some memory but I have nothing but positive results for this line.

I’m not a real fan of the memory….Berkley Trilene 100% Flouro is a suggestion. Works well for bass fishing.
