Lowrance Side Imaging?

    Someone stated that Lowrance will have side imaging this year?? Can someone confirm or deny? I am looking at a side imaging unit, but would prefer a Lowrance product. I would wait for it if they are coming out with it soon. Thanks for your help

    I’m in the same boat. I will be upgrading at some point, but would like to stay with the Lowrance if they are coming out with side imaging.

    I’ve only heard the rumor that something big will be announced at the bassmaster classic?? Something to do with bass anway. Rumored to be SI and rumored to be of incredible quality,

    I have heard rumors of them coming out with it but have heard nothing about any type of release date myself.

    With all the blowout prices they have I am thinking something is coming out. I’m sure the price will be a bit outrageous Hopefully the average guy will be able to afford it, but I’m not holding my breath.

    I have not heard about SI units for Lowrance, however that doesn’t mean they are not releasing them at some point this season. I don’t know. They are now starting to ship their new HDS units however.
