Rapala Crank Baits

I’ve been using Rapala cranks for quite a few years now for Eyes and White Bass. I have always liked their movement and quality, UNTIL a couple of weeks ago. We were fishing Lake Pepin for White Bass and catching quite a few with #7 floating shad raps. The problem that I had with this batch is with the hooks. Out of three days fishing with them, 6 of the treble hooks broke and at least 3 of the rings that hold the hooks on pulled open . Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have a phone number or email address for them so I can complain?
