Lindy – Great Customer Service!

    I’d like to share my pleasant experience with Lindy. I realized Sunday that I needed some more black Little Nipper jigs. I have been doing so well on the crappies with these jigs. The black are hard to find down here. I placed an order on Lindy’s site Sunday afternoon. The site lists 7-14 days for delivery. To my surprise, I received my jigs this morning. They had put a hand written note in telling me to enjoy my jigs, and a smiley face. Trivial, I know, but a nice touch none the same. Anyway, the fast delivery and personal touch sure impressed this ridge runner.

    Thats refreshing. Just look what that little “trivial” transaction did for you. Now you are spreading the good word about your experience there. Most likely, you have just given them more business for future customers. I wish more services realized this.

    I think people need to post positive experiences that they have with a company just as much as they do for a negative one. Good job!
