90HP Mercury Outboard. My steering wheel has been very difficult to steer and I suspect that I have a hydraulic leak or low on fluid. Unfortunatly, I can’t find where I can fill the resivour with more fluid, or to fix the potential problem itself. I am finding excess fluid where the hydraulic hose meets meets the steering arms. Any suggestions of where to begin would be greatly appreciated as I am not the most mechanically minded person.
