converting a 25″ shaft to 20″

    Can it be done. I found a nice motor but it has a 25″ shaft. Or another question, can I put a motor with 25″ shaft on my 17 Lund Mr Pike? Would I need a jackplate? Or is it too much hassle and I should just keep looking for a motor with a 20″ shaft. Thanks. Mike
