    I have a 16′ tiller boat that has been an on and off project for years, and the last thing to have worked on is some small leaks. I was wondering if anyone had information on some one that does hull repair/welding? I found a company Shipwreck Boat Repair at the boat show. Does anyone have any experience with them? If I could I would like to find some one closer to MPLS/STP. With all the other things going on this summer, it would be nice not to have to bring out the big tub on every trip. Thanks for any advice!

    Im curious also if anyone has any recommendations. I have a small spot that needs an easy weld.

    Goop has been holding well for more than a year with no leaks

    Some prop shops may throw a bead on it for ya or a local machine shop. I know of a few guys in the Hastings area you could try. I guess it depends on the damage.

    Omar at Aable welding in Fridley will take care of any welding for a reasonable price. You can probably arrange it so you drive in and they’ll fix it while you wait. The number over there is 763-571-6230 they also have a machine shop in house for any other related needs!

    I had a 16′ Lund with leaky rivets that I coated with a truck bed liner (like Herculiner) and I was very satisfied with the results. Before the coating, it leaked approx. 1 gallon in 3 hours and was a dry boat afterwards.

    I see you guys are looking for boat repair than I would suggest you to take services of this company , they are best in my knowledge , I took their services two time and always a big savior for me.
