Just wondering what some of you use to keep your spinnerbaits. I currently have the box type but am looking for something different. I know some people use binders and was wondering how those work. I only have about 20 that I actually use. Any input would be great

I use 2 different box-type storage containers. One is made by Falcon and the I believe is a Plano.

Personally, I’m not a big fan of the binders. To me, if your using a traditional spinnerbait(not titanium) the binders can cause the frame to bend. I hate wasting time tuning a spinnerbait, so I stick with the hard case storage containers.

I’ve got a Plano one. More times than once I have opened it up to find 20 spinnerbaits in a bunch, only to pull them out to form a spinnerbait chandelier. There has to be a better system out there, but because I use them so little, I’ve yet to research. The falcon looks nice, but it’s hard to tell from the picture what holds the spinnerbait in place. Does it snap in somehow? I know gravity is not the answer.

The Falcon one I have pinches the spinnerbait between the head and the skirt. It does a good job of locking them in place.

    Falcon FTO Organizer.

The Plano on is called a FlipSider.

I like this one too. The baits stay separated, avoiding the dreaded “chandelier effect.”

For quick storage & drying , I use these. Long term , use a “hanger” type box.
