Humminbird 787C2i Does the internal GPS work well?

I have been looking for a GPS/Sonar and the 787 C2 and C2i are in my price range. I’ve decided to give Humminbird a try over Lowrance after trying dad’s Humminbirds and being impressed. I haven’t been able to find any reviews on the C2I with the internal GPS receiver and wonder how the reception is. Any information about the unit would be greatly appreciated.
