Which line to use??

I have 6 Daiwa line counter reels that I use, trolling for river Walleye and on Lake Michagan for Coho. I would like to replace all the line this off season. Flourocarbon is almost a must on Lake michagan, but I would like to use a super line for walleye. Do I put a 50ft. leader of flourocarbon on the superbraid or just go with the flourocarbon? If the leader, what knot to bind the two together? Thanks in advance.
