Fuel Gauge

    Does anyone know how to hook up a fuel gauge. There are four post on the back of the gauge. Three across and one on the bottom…….

    Maybe I should give a little more information on this….
    The fuel gauge has four post. The bottom post goes to the positive end of the fuel sender in the tank. There is a “brown” wire that connects to the negative post of the tank and also connects to the tank itself. I don’t know where this brown wire attaches to the gauge, or what post on the gauge are the positive and negative. I’m fairly knowledgable with electricity, but this one has me confused.

    Any input is greatly appreiciated…..
