I just wanted to give a big thumbs up to Lowrance and some warranty work. I sent my 110 in last Tuesday (july 24th)with problems reading shallow depths. I tried all of hte tricks like the soft reset, etc but no luck. A new unit was on my doorstep this morning (July 30th) ready for the rest of the year. The quality and customer service was top-notch . I know there are a lot of Lowrance backers on the site, so for those who are still on the fence, service after the sale was incredible .

Let’s hope so I’m going to Winnie on Fri-Sun for the MTT, should be able to give it a good work-out. I’ll really be fired up if my screen locks up at 8 ft again. Look for a tech report in a week

Lowrance was good to me also! Upgraded my defective LMS-334c to a LMS-522c after sweet talking the service rep.

Good to me too. I also used persistance and got a 339c DF upgraded to the new 527C DF. New unit works flawlessly. I will purchase a new Lowrance unit for next year. Also ended up with a whole new unit including transducer, speed attachment, power cords, etc so i have replacement parts if needed.
