I just recieved a boatful of samples the other day of a couple more cranks that Pradco has developed that are sure to excel on your body of water.

First is the new Baby Wiggle O by Cotton Cordell. This is a small version of the bigger brother the Wiggle O. Its a short fat bodied lure that runs very true and dives to very good depths considering its size. I used this last weekend in a SMB tourney on the river and caught several fish with this. I was able to achieve trolling depths of 12 foot going up river and 14-15 foot going downriver. Remarkable, given the size of this little lure. You would think that this little guy needs a big bill to achieve these depths? NOPE! It has a bill about the size of a small fat rap. The key here is the strategic placement of the eye on the bill. It runs very true right out of the box, and has a very tight fast action. It caters to a slower troll speed or to be a casted lure. THis thing casts like a bullet and I was able to get 9 foot on a cast with it! Although, I did catch several walleyes this weekend on it, I think it will become a heavy weapon for those mid depth smallies after they pull off the shorelines in mid-mornings.

Second is the new Bomber 8A crank. This is a bigger version of the Bomber 5A & 6A, with a slightly longer body. It does not have that tight wobble that the smaller bombers have, but has a very tantalizing side to side tail wip that will be sure to get the walleyes going on a troll or a cast. Although I have not fished this new lure much yet, I plan to get a bunch wet on Pool 2 maybe this week if I can take a break from the smallies.
I will drop some pics up on the site tonight for all of you to see!

Glad to see the new cranks from Bomber. They’ve produced well for years in my boat.

When do they hit the selves. I am a sucker for anything new. As long as it is bright and shiney.
If I remember right pradco also makes riverside plastics. DeeZee, do you know any good sites or places that carry a varity of riversides. I found them on lurenet but not much of a selection.

    Good question Mike.
From the most part they are availible in all Cabelas, Gander Moutain, Sportsman’s Warehouse, and maybe Fleet farm. As far as selction goes at these stores? I am not certain they have all that is availbile. I have product catalogs at home that has every single product that Riverside makes. Is there something in particular that you are looking for? OR were you looking for a good site to browse what is availible?

THe new cranks should be on the shelves as we speak or very soon is my guess. I will get an answer and get back to you on this as well.

Spent part of the day yesterday looking for the plastics I wanted and found a very limited selection at the main retailers around town. From the few items I found at the different stores it looks like riverside has a large selection of styles of plastic baits. If you know of a good web site to view them all at, that would be great. Or else a catolog would be great also. Could you bring one with to everts this weekend?
I think I will have to head back over to the sportsmens warehouse. If I remember right that is where I bought the ones that I have now.
Thanks for the help. If I find any of the new pradco items you had mentioned above I will post about it.
