2 XB bow vs 2 XB hull

    Is there that big of a difference? I am considering purchasing a new alumacraft but wondering which one to get. Tha NAV 165 has the 2 XB bow while the NAV 175 has the 2 XB hull. Tha 165 already has .100 bottom w/.080 for the extra plate on the bow. The 175 has .080 for both plates on the hull. I need others opunions. Thanks in advance.

    either one is plenty thick enough, unless you plan on running over ice floats. i would be more worried with the length and how it feels to sit and move around in.

    I have a Navigator 175CS, it has the 2XB hull. It’s bedrock solid, and a dry ride, you cant go wrong.
