Mertens Hydralic Steering

    Currently running a 618T and considering adding a Mertens Hydraulic Steering System. What is the approximate cost and does it perform as advertised? Has anyone seen or heard about their newer system also for smaller tillers under 90 HP?

    a good friend of mine has a mertens system on a 150 yamaha, it is fantastic. i have run it many times, 50 mph going accross mille lacs is like running a 5hp. steve fellegy is running a mertens system on his 175 opti this year. give him a call, his number is listed on the bottom of all his posts, it may also be in his profile. i think it is money well spent when you have a big tiller……………tom fellegy
