No Room for new GPS

    This winter I bought a new gps unit. Went to install it finally yesterday and it doesn’t fit under my windshield. Do any of you know options for installing another mount that would move the unit up and out so it all fits? I hope there is a soloution, hate to get rid of the unit. Thanks for your help!

    What kind of GPS? Have you looked into ram mounts? I know that’s the only way I could fit my rather large FF/GPS behind my windshield.

    You can also cut a piece of wood, carpet it, and attach it to your existing dash, but make this one come out further.
    Ram’s are nice too.

    Ram mounts are the way to go. you can go in any direction. Out and up is an option. Try on they are great!!!
