I have used electric fillet knifes for years. Mine just died while cleaning some walleyes. The last one I had has 2 speeds, and the high speed worked wonders compared to most. What electric knives do you use? Thanks for the info.

I’ve had the Mister Twister for about 6 years now. Love it. I’ve run one with two speeds. I’ve got a spare that was given to me for Xmas, but don’t expect to use it for a while. American Angler makes one in both 12v and 120v models. What I like about his knife is the pointed blades vs the dull rounded Mr Twister blades.

I have one too. I think it is the Mister Twister (not at home to check, but it is the yellow and green). My wife had bought it for me a few years back and I love it. It only has one speed though, but it does great.

Mine came straight out of the wifes kitchen. Course, when I found out how good it worked, SHE ended up with a new one. That was a few years ago and still runnin great. Only thing I did to make it better was to add on to the cord to make it more mobile. Works great and wouldn’t have it any other way.
