For my birthday, my wife was going to order me a livewell timer (currently, running the aerator is a manual operation). To make a long story short, the only place I found a rocker-switch – as opposed to a toggle switch – was at theshadconnection.com.
She ordered it, and the web page generated an automated response that the order was received. This was over a month ago now. The card still has not been charged, no timer has showed up, and I’m starting to get pretty peeved about the whole deal.
The website lists a fax number and two email addresses. All inquiries (about 5 now) to the email addresses have been ignored. They didn’t bounce, so it seems fair that they went through. Perhaps I’ll try again with a return receipt to see if anyone is checking them.
