Just wanted to say that Lee Precision inc had great customer service. I baught a melting pot a month ago to make some jigs and after about a hundred I heard a snap and the pot would not heat anymore. One Email later and my unit was on its way back to Wi for repairs with no questions asked. Reterned in less than a week. 
I also took of the handle to save on shipping wieght and they sent it back with a new one on.
