I use a variety of colors but plain white has been one of my favorites. Over the last few years plain white has vanished from the shelves and a rainbow of air brush paint jobs took over. Their website lists white as a color but I have not seen any during my tackle store visits.

I am seriously interested in purchasing any white Phelps floaters that anyone can spare.

Hey Dino, the more I think about it the more I can only remember seeing ”white” is in the round jig type floaters. Anybody have any insight to this? Thanks, Bill

Ha Dino,I just spraypainted a black one all white looks good.Only thing I’m unsure of is the smell,if it will affect anything or not.Haven’t tried it yet.

I used to get white ones at Gander in Minnetonka. It’s worth a call there anyway. 952-474-4133 I haven’t been in there for over a month now, so not sure what they have on the shelf.

Hey Guys, Mike Smith at Hooked On Fishing Bait and Tackle in Rochester just informed me that he has white phelps style floaters. Mike is the kind of guy, who when he hears that fisher people want a certain item, he tries to find that item and carry it in his store. He is located on Hwy #63 North[the highway that takes you from Rochester to Lake City]just outside of Rochester, Mn. His phone # is 507-282-4982 and he does take credit cards. Thanks, Bill
