4-STROKE MOTOT OIL

    I want to start changing my oil in a 115 johnson 4-stroke.Is there a amsoil that you would suggest and can you use synthetic oil

    Amsoil makes a special oil four stroke outboards. I’ve been using Amsoil in my Merc Four Stroke since 2002. I really like it and trust it without reservation.

    Thanks,I TRUST amsoil products,I have used in my snowmobile. Have you found any place other than a boat dealer to buy filters,I THINK 10.95 IS A LITTLE HIGH

    AMS Oil is just plain great stuff. I use the 0W – 40 in my 4 wheeler and my Yamaha 50 4 stroke. I use 5W – 30 in my truck. In all cases, I get better protection and better milage. You can get lower unit lube and bearing grease form them as well.

    I thought the Yamaha 50 4 stroke took 10W-30.
