I was wondering if anyone has one or used these reels?

    Are they really worth $500?

They look and feel real nice,
but at $500 clams I think my wife would me after I get the credit card bill!

I have two Daiwa’s spinning reels that retailed for over 400 each. I have owned them for seven years, best spinning reel that I have ever used. I still use them today, they are my first choice.
Would I pay full price for them…. NO.

Just way too many really nice reels for $100.

Bob,I have one…..no way in the world I could tell or justify one to anyone other than they are fantastic.I guess it is just something I wanted….kind of like a high-end gun or bow. They dont kill anything any deader than the cheaper stuff…..but they sure are pretty! Bottom line, some of us just love our gear and dont try to make financial justification out of it….if we did that, we would never go fishing or hunting. Maybe that is why I havent sold any yet Have fun looking and enjoy whatever you decide to purchase!
