For those of you who are only able to take pictures of fish lying on the bottom of the boat after being caught (like me)… I found this little gadget on ebay. I tend to fish alone, and didn’t really like the concept of having a tripod cluttering up the boat. Then I found the ClamperPod! It works slick, and can be mounted just about anywhere.

    I wouldn’t say it’s “infinitely” adjustable… but pretty close.

you still have to have somebody push the button though, don’t you?

Most all cameras have a timer built in allowing you to “push the button” and get in position in front of the camera. Works slick. rippinpigs found us all a neat little doo-dad here.

Here’s one I use. I like to video tape my catches when possible and this works like a champ. You can also use it with a regular camera. It can clamp to anything, but is marketed as a “window clamp” and is pictured with a spotting scope. Goes for $13.00.
